Job Overview
Good Shepherd Community Church (GSCC) is seeking a warm, organized, and dependable administrator to support the day-to-day administrative operations of our church community.
This position is ideal for someone who enjoys serving people, managing details, and helping ministries operate smoothly in a welcoming faith-based environment.
Duties
- Manage church office administration and communications
- Coordinate weekly bulletins, announcements, and schedules
- Respond to emails, phone calls, and general inquiries
- Maintain church records, calendars, and filing systems
- Support church leadership and ministry coordination
- Manage and coordinate event planning and facility scheduling (rentals and other use of space)
- Coordinate with volunteers, ministry leaders
- Reports to the pastor, Board of Elders and Directors
- Help maintain website and/or social media updates as needed
- Perform basic bookkeeping support or liaise with treasurer/bookkeeper
- Coordinates the annual audit, budget process
- Coordinates contractors and inspection details
- Coordinates invoices for GSCC’s unique Condominium arrangement
Position Details
- Part-time: approximately 20 hours per week
- Core hours in office Monday to Friday 9am-1pm
- One-year renewable part-time employment position, subject to annual review.
- Start date: ASAP, ideally June 22nd or earlier.

Pay: $21,000.00-$23,000.00 per year
