Island View Clean is a women-owned professional cleaning company with over 10 years of experience. Originally founded on Salt Spring Island, we now proudly service Sidney, Saanich, Victoria, and surrounding areas.
We have built our reputation on reliability, professionalism, and high-quality service. Our systems are designed to keep work organized, efficient, and straightforward so cleaners can focus on delivering excellent results without unnecessary stress or confusion.
What We Offer

- Higher pay available for deep cleans, move-in/move-out cleans, and post-construction cleans

Who We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of professional cleaning experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
- Reliable, punctual, and professional
- Strong communication skills in English
- Comfortable working independently
- Positive attitude and strong work ethic
Requirements
- Legally authorized to work in Canada
- Able to pass a criminal background check
- Must operate as a subcontractor
- Reliable vehicle and valid driver’s license
- Must provide your own cleaning supplies and equipment
- Two professional references required
