Main responsibilities include developing and implementing sales & marketing strategies to drive new business and meet and exceed annual revenue objectives. The successful candidate will manage the full lifecycle of customer engagements from identifying prospective clients, to needs assessment/technical consultation, follow up when work is complete to ensure complete satisfaction with product through project management solution integration.
The ideal candidate will meet the following criteria:

Knowledge of media technology, loss prevention/CCTV security systems, and network solutions, as they relate to retail ecosystems, as an asset.

Experience selling to Executive VP / C Suite level decision makers within large scale organizations

Strong sales orientation with excellent customer relationship building skills, unquestionable integrity, with a pleasant and professional personality

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

High level of proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, and PowerPoint)

Marketing knowledge/experience is an asset

CRM experience also an asset
Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and deliver high level presentations to potential clients, business partners, and industry associations

Develop and maintain sales forecasting activities

Work collaboratively with key players within the team, to streamline the sales cycle and strive to improve the client experience

Call on target accounts and be comfortable dealing at the C-suite, VP and Director levels
-
Develop and maintain strategic and tactical client relationships

Keep up to date with the technology and specifications in the product lines represented by SYNQ Technologies, our key strategic partners and our clients

Accountable in establishing and achieving monthly/quarterly/annual sales goals
Working Conditions:

Physically able to participate in training sessions, presentations, and meetings (online and in-person)

Travel required in and out of the province for the purpose of visits to customer locations and offices of key vendor partners

Must possess a valid driver’s license and be a safe driver
