Our client in the Guelph area is seeking an experienced Welding and Production Supervisor with a strong background in custom manufacturing environments, to lead a skilled, dedicated workforce.

What You’ll Do:
- Lead, coach, and support production teams across multiple departments
- Coordinate and adjust daily workloads to meet production schedules and priorities
- Drive safety, quality, and productivity standards throughout the operation
- Collaborate with Quality, Maintenance, Scheduling, and Logistics teams
- Maintain accurate production data and ERP system records
- Promote a strong health and safety culture through training and inspections
- Support employee performance, investigate incidents, and assist with shop-floor operations as required
What You Bring:
- 2+ years in a supervisory role
- MUST HAVE welding experience
- 5+ years in a production/manufacturing environment
- OSSD or equivalent education
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of metalworking, welding, cranes, forklifts, and ERP systems
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office and OHSA compliance
