Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Construction Manager to oversee and coordinate construction projects from inception to completion. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership abilities, extensive knowledge of construction processes, and proficiency wit. This role offers the opportunity to lead diverse projects, ensure quality standards, and maintain adherence to budgets and schedules. The Construction Manager will play a pivotal role in delivering successful outcomes for our clients while maintaining safety and compliance standards.
Duties
- Lead and supervise construction projects, ensuring timely and within-budget completion
- Develop detailed project plans, schedules, and budgets using construction management software such as Primavera P6
- Oversee daily site operations, coordinating subcontractors, suppliers, and internal teams
- Review blueprints, schematics, and construction documents to ensure accurate execution of plans
- Implement quality control measures to meet safety standards and project specifications
- Utilize ProCore, Bluebeam, and other construction management tools for project documentation, tracking progress, and communication
- Conduct regular site inspections to monitor work quality and adherence to design specifications
- Manage project risks by identifying potential issues early and implementing corrective actions
- Collaborate with clients, architects, engineers, and stakeholders to facilitate smooth project flow
- Ensure compliance with all safety regulations and company policies throughout the project lifecycle
Experience
- Proven experience in construction management with a strong background in supervising teams on large-scale projects
- Proficiency with industry-standard software including ProCore, Bluebeam, Primavera P6, and other construction management platforms
- Demonstrated ability in reading blueprints, schematics, and construction estimating documents
- Experience in budgeting, cost control, and resource allocation for multiple projects simultaneously
- Strong knowledge of quality control procedures and safety regulations within the construction industry
- Supervising experience with a track record of leading diverse teams effectively
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines

Pay: $100,000.00-$250,000.00 per year
