Production Worker – Powder Coating
Location: South Surrey, BC
Schedule: Full-time, Monday to Friday | 6:00 AM – 2:30 PM
About the Role
TAG Hardware is hiring a Production Worker to support our powder coating line. You’ll be part of a fast-paced manufacturing team, helping prepare, inspect, and move products through the production process. This role requires use of hand tools and is physical in nature lifting up 30lbs at a time.
Preference given to those who have worked on a Powder Coating line.
What You’ll Do:

Load, unload, and move materials for the powder coating line

Prepare parts using light hand tools (sanders, drills, grinders)

Perform visual quality checks on products

Assist with packaging and material handling

Maintain a clean and safe work area

Support general production tasks as needed
What We’re Looking For

Experience in a production or manufacturing environment is an asset

Comfortable using basic hand tools

Strong attention to detail and ability to perform repetitive tasks

Reliable and punctual

Able to stand for full shifts and lift up to 30 lbs

Basic English communication skills (reading and following instructions)
