ApexGuard Security Inc. is expanding across Windsor and Essex County. We are seeking professional, reliable, and licensed Security Guards to join our growing team. We pride ourselves on delivering high‑quality protective services with integrity, professionalism, and a strong commitment to community safety.
Job Responsibilities
- Maintain a visible security presence to deter unwanted or unlawful activity
- Monitor properties, patrol designated areas, and report incidents accurately
- Stay alert and attentive while standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods
- Communicate clearly and professionally with clients, visitors, and team members
- Prepare detailed written reports and incident documentation
- Use security technology, communication devices, and reporting tools effectively
- Respond to emergencies and follow established safety procedures
Requirements
- Valid Ontario Security Guard Licence
- Valid First Aid & CPR Certification
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Professional attitude and reliable work ethic
- Ability to work independently and remain attentive
- Ability to stand or patrol for long periods
- Reliable transportation to and from job sites
- Open availability (days, nights, weekends, holidays as required)
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent (preferred)
- No degree, certificate, or diploma required
Experience
- Security experience is an asset
- No previous security experience required — guidance and training provided
