CMU College of Makeup Art & Design is seeking an experienced Executive Director – Enrollment Management and Operations to provide strategic leadership in student enrollment, admissions, student services, and campus operations.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead the College's enrollment strategy to achieve student recruitment and retention goals.
- Oversee Admissions, Student Services, and campus operations.
- Develop and improve operational policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario Ministry requirements, OSAP, PARIS, DLI, and other applicable regulations.
- Monitor departmental performance, budgets, and operational efficiency.
- Lead and develop high-performing teams.
- Collaborate with senior management to support the College's strategic objectives.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Education, or a related field (Master's degree is an asset).
- Minimum 10 years of management experience in the Canadian post-secondary education sector.
- Strong knowledge of enrollment management, admissions, student services, and college operations.
- Experience with Ontario regulatory compliance, including OSAP, PARIS, and DLI requirements.
- Excellent leadership, communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
We offer a competitive compensation package based on qualifications and experience.
Pay: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
