Good Behaviour is looking for a reliable, organized, and customer-focused Events and Catering Driver to support our events and catering operations across Toronto.
This role is for someone who enjoys being on the road, works well under pressure, takes pride in being dependable, and enjoys interacting with people. We’re looking for someone who can help deliver a great experience at our events by safely transporting equipment and products, supporting event setup and breakdown, and assisting guests during service.
This position combines driving, logistics, customer service, and hands-on event support. It’s a great fit for someone who enjoys variety in their workday, likes working independently while also being part of a team, and is comfortable in fast-paced event environments.
What the role looks like
- Drive to catering events, pop-ups, private events, festivals, and activations across Toronto and surrounding areas
- Load, unload, transport, and organize event equipment, products, and supplies safely and efficiently
- Set up and pack down event equipment including freezers, tables, signage, supplies, and service stations
- Safely transport frozen products while maintaining proper temperature standards and product care
- Support event operations by scooping ice cream, serving guests, and providing friendly customer service throughout events
- Represent Good Behaviour professionally while interacting with customers, guests, vendors, and event partners
- Communicate clearly with management and event teams regarding timing, logistics, inventory, and any issues that arise during events
- Help maintain organization of inventory, supplies, and equipment before, during, and after events
- Assist with cleaning, restocking, and preparing equipment between events
- Support urgent operational or supply runs when needed
- Keep delivery vehicles clean, organized, and operating responsibly
- Follow all food handling, transportation, and safety procedures
- Work closely with kitchen, shop, and events teams to help operations run smoothly and efficiently
- Support the team wherever needed during busy event periods, including setup, service, logistics, and cleanup
What we’re looking for
- Valid Ontario driver’s licence with a clean driving record
- Comfortable driving throughout Toronto and outside the city when required
- Strong sense of responsibility, punctuality, and organization
- Someone who communicates clearly and works well independently and as part of a team
- Comfortable working in fast-paced event environments
- Ability to stay calm, focused, and efficient during busy operational periods
- Strong customer service and interpersonal skills
- Good attention to detail and care when handling food products and equipment
- Ability to lift and move boxes, supplies, freezers, and event equipment throughout shifts
- Flexible availability including evenings, weekends, and holidays is required
- Previous delivery, event, catering, or hospitality experience is preferred
- Experience working in food service, customer service, or operations is considered an asset
