Duties
- Manage inventory levels by receiving, stocking, and organizing merchandise efficiently
- Assist customers with product inquiries and provide exceptional customer service
- Operate forklifts safely for moving heavy or bulk items (training provided if necessary)
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of stock areas, including aisles and storage rooms
- Support merchandising efforts by arranging products according to planograms and promotional displays
- Conduct regular stock audits to identify discrepancies or damages
- Perform cashiering duties as needed, including processing transactions accurately
- Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth store operations and timely restocking
- Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of stock equipment and storage areas
Skills
- Experience in retail sales and customer service environments
