Summary
Our Dundalk facility is seeking a reliable and safety-focused forklift operator (forklift certified) to support plant-wide production. This role services all manufacturing within the facility, ensuring finished goods and materials are moved efficiently, accurately, and safely to maintain overall plant flow.
This is a plant-level position that plays a critical role in supporting production, inventory control, and outbound logistics in a fast-paced, high-output manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities:
- Safely operate forklifts and other material handling equipment throughout the facility
- Load and unload trucks in accordance with shipping schedules and plant requirements
- Stage, move, and organize finished goods from multiple production areas within the facility
- Verify product quantities, pallet configuration, labels, and shipping documentation for accuracy
- Support inventory control through proper tracking, scanning, and material organization
- Maintain clean, organized dock and warehouse areas to ensure safe and efficient operations
- Remove waste to energy and recycling materials throughout the shift
- Complete daily forklift inspections and report maintenance concerns promptly
- Collaborate with production teams and supervisors to ensure seamless material flow across the plant
- Adhere to all safety, quality, and operational procedures
Education / skills / experience required:
- Previous shipping/receiving experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Valid forklift certification required (or ability to obtain certification upon hire)
- Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume production environment
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
- Demonstrated teamwork and ability to adapt to changing priorities
- Ability to work independently and complete assigned tasks
- Comfortable working Monday to Friday on afternoons
- Physically capable of lifting and moving materials as required
Pay Rate- $22.28 hourly with wage increase after 3 months
