Overview
We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Restaurant Experience Manager to lead our team in delivering exceptional customer service and operational excellence. The ideal candidate will possess strong leadership skills, extensive management experience, and a passion for creating memorable dining experiences. This role involves overseeing daily restaurant operations, managing staff, ensuring AGLC standards are met, and maintaining a welcoming environment for guests. Previous experience in food service, hospitality, or hotel management is highly valued, along with knowledge of wine, strong communication skills and an ability to deliver a consistent high level of customer service.
Duties
- Lead and supervise restaurant staff to ensure high-quality service and efficient operations
- Manage customer interactions to enhance guest satisfaction and resolve any issues promptly
- Oversee cash handling and POS transactions accurately
- Conduct interviews and participate in hiring new team members, fostering a positive team environment
- Train staff on service protocols and operational procedures
- Monitor restaurant cleanliness, hygiene standards, and adherence to health regulations
- Coordinate with kitchen staff to ensure smooth workflow between front-of-house and kitchen operations
- Implement strategies to improve service delivery, increase sales, and enhance overall guest experience
Requirements
- Proven experience in restaurant management or hospitality leadership roles
- Excellent customer service skills with a focus on creating positive guest experiences
- Knowledge of food handling regulations and food safety protocols
- Experience with interviewing and onboarding new employees
- Leadership qualities with the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively
- Previous experience in restaurant or food service environments including hospitality settings is preferred
Pay: $25.00-$28.00 per hour
