Job Summary
We are seeking a reliable, skilled, and motivated Property Maintenance & Renovation Technician to join our team. This position is responsible for the maintenance, repair, and renovation of our restaurants, bars, entertainment venues, and rental properties.
The ideal candidate is a hands-on individual with experience in general building maintenance, carpentry, painting, minor plumbing, and renovation projects. This role requires someone who can work independently, prioritize tasks, and take pride in maintaining high-quality facilities.
Duties
- Complete renovation and improvement projects.
- Conduct preventative maintenance on facilities and equipment.
- Perform carpentry, drywall, painting, flooring, and finishing work.
- Troubleshoot and complete minor plumbing repairs.
- Troubleshoot and complete minor electrical repairs (within qualifications).
- Maintain doors, locks, windows, fixtures, and furnishings.
- Assemble and install furniture, shelving, and equipment.
- Respond to maintenance requests from management.
- Assist with seasonal maintenance, including snow clearing and property upkeep.
- Coordinate with outside contractors and service providers when required.
- Ensure all work is completed safely and professionally.
- Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean work environment.
- Identify and report potential maintenance issues before they become major problems.
Requirements
- Experience in property maintenance, construction, renovations, or a related trade.
- Strong knowledge of carpentry, drywall, painting, and general repairs.
- Basic understanding of plumbing and electrical systems.
- Ability to use hand and power tools safely.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Pay: From $25.00 per hour
