Sounds like a match? Let's talk.
Reporting to the Plant General Manager, you'll be the go-to HR presence at our Barrie plant, a trusted partner for employees and managers alike, whether it's navigating labour relations, guiding performance conversations, or being a visible, hands-on resource right on the floor. If that's the kind of impact you're looking to make, we'd love to hear from you. Sounds like a match? Let's talk.
