The Position
Sales Associate.
We are seeking Full Time & Part Time Sales Associates to join our team! You will resolve customer questions and offer solutions to drive company revenue.
Compensation
Competitive Wages including Commissions.
Responsibilities:
- Present and sell company products and services to new and existing customers
- Prospect and contact potential customers
- Reach agreed upon sales targets by the deadline
- Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
- Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
- Process sales through the P.O.S. system quickly and accurately.
- Maintain proper presentation and merchandising of product
- Support cleanliness and maintenance of the physical store to create a safe and comfortable work and shopping experience.
- Adhere to loss prevention policies to prevent external and internal theft.
- Build and maintain relationships with store team, peers, and relevant partners
- Drive sales through our Churchills-Crossings Menswear e-commerce and social media platforms
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
- Strong fashion and styling sense
- Able to work well as part of a team in a dynamic environment
- Ability to build rapport with clients
- Strong computer skills
- Deadline and detail-oriented
- Responsible and punctual
