The Pheasantback Golf Club is looking for Pro-Shop Assistants. The successful applicant will be personable, responsible, and passionate about providing an exceptional golfing experience. Excellent communication, time management and on the spot decision making skills are key for this role.
Responsibilities;
- Provide exceptional customer service to members and guests.
- Assist in training, development and supervision of daily activities and duties of the golf operation.
- Golf Experience would be an asset
- Supervision of golf shop staff and merchandising of golf shop product.
- Organization and execution of leagues and tournaments as assigned by the Head Golf Professional.
- Playing golf with members.
- Day to day tee sheet management and front counter duties.
- Ensure all staff adheres to safety standards and procedures.
- Implement all policies and plans established by the Head Golf Professional relating to the Pro Shop operation.
- Exceptional communication skills.
- Outgoing and energetic personality with the desire to grow within the golf industry.
- Team player and ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Pay: $20.00-$22.00 per hour
Experience:
- sales: 1 year (preferred)
- customer service: 1 year (preferred)
