Responsibilities
- Promote our products and services through engaging interactions at events, trade shows, and in-store promotions
- Conduct product demonstrations to educate potential customers about features and benefits
- Assist with setting up promotional displays and ensuring brand consistency across all activities
- Engage with customers to answer questions, gather feedback, and foster brand loyalty
- Support sales efforts by identifying customer needs and guiding them toward suitable products or services
- Represent the brand professionally, maintaining a positive attitude and excellent customer service standards
- Collaborate with team members to plan and execute marketing campaigns and outreach initiatives
- Utilize strong communication skills to effectively convey key messages about the brand
Requirements
- Previous experience in food service, marketing, sales, or customer service is preferred but not mandatory
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to connect with diverse audiences
- Excellent communication and public speaking skills to confidently engage with groups of varying sizes
- Strong interpersonal skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in various settings
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, or during special events as needed
