NEO is currently accepting resumes for a permanent full time/part time General Labourer. This General Labourer will work in industrial settings such as steel mills, factories and mines. This candidate would assist truck operators with tasked associated to Vacuum Trucks, Combo Trucks and Hydrovac Trucks. Other duties include, but not limited to, painting, media blasting, pressure washing etc. Training will be provided for people with a desire to succeed.
Requirements:
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Safely operate forklift.
- Ability to work in a variety of harsh environments – heat, cold, dusty, etc.
- Preform pre-trip and post trip inspections of company vehicles.
- Ability to work long / irregular hours.
- Train others when required.
- Other duties may be assigned.
Qualifications:
- G License.
- Clean Drivers Abstract & Criminal Search.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Must be able to work well independently and in a team environment.
- Experience with Vacuum/Combo trucks is an asset.
- First Aid, Fall Protection, Confined Space, Lock out Tag Out, WHMIS training is an asset.
