We are seeking a Front of House Manager to lead our service team with professionalism, energy, and a passion for hospitality.
As the Front of House Manager, you will be responsible for creating a polished, seamless dining experience while fostering a culture of teamwork, accountability, and growth.

2–3+ years of leadership experience in an upscale or fine dining environment

Strong knowledge of food, wine, and cocktail service standards

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to manage guest concerns with professionalism and empathy

Availability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays

Smart Serve (or equivalent) certification and Food Safety knowledge an asset

Oversee front-of-house operations and service standards during service

Lead, train, and mentor hosts, servers, and bartenders

Manage reservations, floor plans, and guest flow to optimize service

Support guest recovery with grace, ensuring every guest leaves satisfied

Collaborate with management on events, promotions, and daily operations

Maintain dining room presentation, cleanliness, and overall readiness

Uphold health, safety, and service compliance standards
