Duties
We are seeking a skilled Foreman Electrician to join our team. As a Foreman Electrician, you will be responsible for performing a variety of electrical tasks, including installation, maintenance, and repair work. Your expertise will contribute to the success of our projects and ensure the safety and functionality of electrical systems.
- Install, maintain, and repair electrical systems in commercial settings
- Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Troubleshoot electrical issues and perform necessary repairs
- Perform routine inspections to identify potential problems or hazards- Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient project completion
- Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times
Skills
To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills:
- Strong knowledge of electrical systems and components
- Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools
- Successfully instruct and lead up to 10 other Journey persons and Apprentices on a job site
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and electrical diagrams
- Experience with low voltage systems
- Excellent troubleshooting skills
- Prior experience in supervising construction projects
- Familiarity with ProCore software
- Attention to detail and ability to work independently
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Strong documentation organization skills
