PT Service Representative- Steinbach, MB
Quintex has an immediate opening for a Part- Time Customer Service Representative in Steinbach to assist with distribution of garments and exchange of laundry to one of our major customers. If you are a self- starter, possess superior customer service skills, great attention to detail, and are physically fit (lifting & repetitive motions) then we are looking for you to join our team. Quintex is proud to be the only Manitoba owned and operated full uniform, mat and linen rental provider.
Duties include but are not limited to:
· Fostering and building strong relationships with the customer
· Daily distribution and exchange of product in an efficient manner
· Resolving customer issues within established guidelines to ensure customer satisfaction
· Acting as a liaison to Customer Service regarding product issues/service/client concerns
· Compliance with Quintex company policies and guidelines
The successful individual will possess the following characteristics:
· Service minded, ready to engage with customers daily
· Previous customer service experience, preferably in an industrial or service industry
· Familiarity with a smart phone or tablet
· Excellent oral and written communication skills
· Self-motivated and able to work independently
· Able to handle physically demanding work
· Punctual and dependable
· Orderly with great attention to detail and accuracy
