We are seeking a strong and experienced Sales Agronomy Manager to lead our sales agronomy team and help drive continued growth across our business.
This position requires a highly motivated individual with proven management and leadership abilities, strong communication skills, and a passion for agriculture. The successful candidate will play a key role in team development, customer success, operational coordination, and strategic growth within the sales agronomy division and company.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead, mentor, and manage the agronomy sales team
- Foster accountability, professionalism, and team performance
- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships
- Provide agronomic recommendations and crop input solutions
- Assist with business development and strategic sales initiatives
- Work closely with operations and management to support customer success
- Stay current on crop production trends, products, and technologies
Qualifications:
- Proven management and leadership experience
- Strong background in agronomy and crop inputs
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to motivate teams and build strong workplace culture
- Strong customer service and relationship management skills
- CCA designation considered an asset
- Valid driver’s license required
