AUREVIA Medical Clinic – Casual Phlebotomist / MOA with Phlebotomy Experience Opportunity
Location: White Rock, BC
AUREVIA Medical Clinic is a modern medical clinic opening in White Rock. We are seeking a reliable and experienced phlebotomist, MOA, LPN, or RN for casual weekly shifts primarily involving blood draws for PRP and regenerative procedures.
Position Details:
- Approximately 2 hours per week initially

Requirements:
- Experience with venipuncture/phlebotomy
- MOA, LPN, RN, or equivalent healthcare background
- Professional demeanor and excellent patient interaction
- Comfortable working in an aesthetic/regenerative medicine setting
Responsibilities
- Collect blood specimens from patients using proper phlebotomy techniques while maintaining patient comfort and safety
- Verify patient identity and ensure correct labeling of specimens to prevent errors
- Prepare specimens for laboratory testing, including proper handling and transportation
- Maintain cleanliness and sterility of equipment and work area according to safety protocols
- Document all procedures accurately in accordance with clinic policies
- Communicate effectively with patients, providing reassurance and answering basic questions about the procedure
- Follow all infection control procedures and adhere to health and safety guidelines at all times
Skills
- Proven experience in hospital or laboratory settings preferred
- Strong knowledge of phlebotomy techniques and procedures
- Excellent patient care skills, including empathy, communication, and professionalism
- Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to blood collection and laboratory testing
- Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a busy healthcare environment
- Attention to detail to ensure specimen accuracy and proper documentation
- Ability to follow safety protocols diligently and maintain a sterile environment
Compensation:
- Competitive hourly compensation ($45–$60/hour depending on experience)
