We are currently seeking a skilled and reliable Carpenter to join our growing team.
Position Overview:
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in residential and some commercial carpentry, with the ability to work independently and contribute to team success on a variety of projects.
Fraser Construction Inc. is a Custom Home Builder. We build custom lakefront and rural area homes. We also build additions and large home renovations.
Requirements:
- Minimum 10 years of carpentry experience
- Proficient in all aspects of framing, finishing, and general construction
- Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Experience with site supervision is considered an asset
- Experience in custom home building is an asset
- Red Seal Certification is an asset
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation required
Responsibilities:
- Execute carpentry and general construction tasks according to project specifications and timelines
- Coordinate with team members and subcontractors as needed
- Maintain a safe and organized work environment
- Assist with overseeing job sites when required
