The Role
You are the front line.
Your job is to knock doors, start conversations, and book qualified homeowners into Consultations for a Closer to run. You are not closing deals - you are creating them.
A strong setter is the most valuable role in the pipeline. Without you, nothing else happens.
What You Will Own
- Knocking doors and speaking with homeowners daily
- Delivering the pitch and creating interest
- Qualifying homeowners (ownership, roof, decision-makers)
- Booking Consultations into the calendar
- Logging leads accurately and immediately
- Confirming appointments and reducing no-shows
- Showing up to Consultations when required
Who You Are
- Competitive and comfortable talking to strangers
- High energy with strong work ethic
- Able to handle rejection without slowing down
- Coachable and willing to improve daily
- Consistent - you show up and execute
You don’t need sales experience. You need effort and attitude.
Requirements & Nice-to-Haves
- Nice-to-Have: Door-to-door or customer-facing experience
- Nice-to-Have: Sales or lead generation background
- Nice-to-Have: Ability to work afternoons, evenings, and Saturdays
Compensation
This is a commission-based role.
You are paid based on the deals you generate. The more qualified appointments that turn into installed projects, the more you earn.
This role is designed for people who want control over their income and are comfortable being paid on performance.

Pay: $60,000.00-$120,000.00 per year

- Victoria, BC: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
