Duties
- Perform construction, repair, and maintenance tasks using hand tools and power tools
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings to execute projects accurately
- Conduct roofing work including shingles.
- Step flashing.

- Apply caulking and sealing techniques to ensure weatherproofing and finishing quality
- Assist with heavy lifting and material handling .
- Maintain a clean and safe work environment by adhering to safety protocols
- Collaborate with team members to complete projects efficiently and on schedule
Experience
- Proven experience in roofing carpentry, or handyman services
- Familiarity with hand tools, power tools, and safety procedures on job sites
- Ability to read blueprints and technical instructions with precision
- Prior experience with caulking, sealing, and finishing work is preferred
- Comfortable with heavy lifting and physically demanding tasks
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Previous experience working independently or as part of a team in construction or maintenance roles is highly valued
