Overview
We are seeking an experienced Senior Project Manager to oversee multiple heavy civil construction projects from planning through completion. This role is responsible for delivering projects safely, on schedule, within budget, and to the highest quality standards while leading project teams and managing key stakeholder relationships.

Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple heavy civil construction projects simultaneously.

Develop and oversee project schedules, budgets, resource plans, and project execution strategies.

Identify project risks and implement mitigation plans.

Ensure projects meet quality, budget, schedule, and safety requirements.

Coordinate with clients, subcontractors, suppliers, and regulatory agencies.

Lead, mentor, and support project coordinators and junior team members.

Conduct site visits and monitor project progress.

Ensure compliance with all health, safety, and regulatory requirements.
Requirements

8+ years of project management experience within heavy civil construction.

Strong background in roads, highways, bridges, mining infrastructure, ports, or similar large-scale civil projects.

Experience managing multiple projects concurrently.

Strong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.

Thorough understanding of construction safety regulations and best practices.

Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and project performance.

Highly organized with the ability to prioritize competing demands in a fast-paced environment.
