We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Automotive Sales Representative to join our dealership team. Duties
- Demonstrate vehicle features and benefits, providing exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Negotiate deals effectively, upselling additional products and services to maximize sales opportunities.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from initial contact to closing the deal, ensuring customer satisfaction at every stage.
- Support marketing initiatives by promoting dealership promotions and events to attract potential buyers.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, follow-ups, and sales activities using CRM tools.
- Collaborate with sales support teams and management to develop strategies for high-end sales and achieve dealership goals.
- Utilize excellent phone etiquette and communication skills to engage customers both in person and over the phone.
- Assist in developing new business relationships through networking, community involvement, and strategic outreach.
Experience
- Proven experience in retail sales, dealership sales, or B2B sales environments is preferred.
- Demonstrated success in outside sales, negotiation, upselling, and managing a sales pipeline.
- Prior experience with vehicle sales is a plus.
- Bilingual proficiency in French or other languages is highly desirable for serving diverse clientele.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple prospects simultaneously.
- Excellent communication skills, including phone etiquette and customer service expertise.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and sales management tools is advantageous.
- Previous experience in automotive or retail environments will be considered an asset but is not mandatory.
