Responsibilities
- Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and specialty beverages with precision and flair
- Operate POS (Point of Sale) systems, including Micros POS, to process transactions efficiently and accurately
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the work area, including food handling and food safety standards
- Engage with customers warmly, providing excellent service and addressing their needs promptly
- Handle cash transactions with accuracy, including cash handling and basic math calculations for change
- Assist in food preparation tasks such as assembling pastries or light snacks when required
- Follow all food safety protocols to ensure a safe environment for both customers and staff
Requirements
- Prior experience as a Barista or in the food industry is highly preferred
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate clearly and positively
- Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is a plus
- Excellent time management skills to handle busy periods efficiently
- Knowledge of food handling procedures and food safety regulations
- Ability to perform basic math for cash handling and transaction accuracy
- Previous experience in serving or food service roles demonstrates reliability and teamwork orientation

Pay: $18.25-$29.27 per hour
