Summary
We are seeking a skilled Civil Construction Supervisor to oversee and coordinate construction projects in the southern Ontario region. This role is vital in ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget while maintaining our company's high standards of quality.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate daily construction activities on site to ensure project specifications are met.
- Manage subcontractors and construction teams to promote safety and efficiency.
- Review blueprints, schematics, and project plans to ensure accurate execution.
- Monitor project progress and implement corrective actions as needed.
- Oversee quality control measures to meet industry standards.
- Maintain project documentation including budgets, schedules, and reports.
- Collaborate with clients, engineers, and vendors to facilitate smooth operations.
- Enforce safety protocols to ensure a safe working environment for all personnel.
- Qualifications
- Proven supervising experience in civil or related construction fields.
- Proficiency with construction management software.
- Strong knowledge of blueprint reading and construction estimating.
- Excellent organizational and leadership skills.
- Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously under tight deadlines.
- Effective communication skills with team members and clients.
- Knowledge of safety regulations and quality standards in construction.

Pay: $95,000.00-$125,000.00 per year
