- The Concierge/Guest Service Agent is responsible for the reception area at the hotel Includes the greeting of all guests, answering phone calls, assisting guests with questions regarding hotel, spa, restaurants, products and services and booking hotel reservations, checking the guest into the computer system, assisting with luggage. Escorting guests to their room and providing a room tour. Additionally assists with concierge services.
- Must have a Full G Driver License to drive the hotel shuttle.
- Must be detail-oriented and have ability to multi-task.
- Ability to be efficient and productive in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have enthusiasm and possess excellent customer service skills.
- Must possess basic math and money handling skills.
- Enjoy working with people and possess a friendly and outgoing personality.
- Excellent communication, listening and computer skills.
- Must be a team player.
- Drive rate through up-selling room brands
- Follow departmental and hotel policies, procedures, service and safety standards
- Other duties as assigned
