Where This Can Take You
We've mapped out a real 36-month path — not a vague promise:
- Months 1–12: Master our systems, lead your crew, build strong client relationships
- Months 12-24: Territory management, hiring input, process improvement
- Months 24-36: Operations management
- Beyond: For the right person, partnership discussions are on the table — seriously.
What You'll Actually Do
Most days you'll lead a crew of 2–3 painters on residential projects, interior and exterior. That means:
- Walking jobs with clients upfront and setting clear expectations
- Keeping work on schedule with quality standards high
- Sending daily updates — what's done, any issues, what's next
- Wrapping jobs cleanly: walkthrough, touchups, payment collection, reviews, and referrals
- Coordinating materials and equipment so your crew isn't waiting on anything
You're the person clients remember. We need that person to be excellent.
What We're Looking For
- 3+ years professional painting experience
- You've led people — even informally — and they respected you for it
- Strong communicator: confident with clients, clear with your crew
- You own problems instead of passing them up the chain
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- References from past supervisors who will genuinely vouch for you
