The Event Installer works with the Event Operations team to pull decor from the warehouse, set up event spaces, and handle tear-down. Key responsibilities include transporting furniture according to floor plans, installing lighting, drapery, and signage, and dismantling fixtures post-event.
Job Functions:
- Pull and transport decor items from the warehouse to various event spaces.
- Set up furniture and structural decor including tables, chairs, backdrops, drapery, and signage, according to floor plans.
- Arrange delicate design elements with care, including candles, table chargers, and glassware.
- Execute efficient tear-down and carefully fold, pack, and return all items to inventory.
- Maintain clean, safe spaces by performing light cleaning duties (sweeping, mopping, waste removal) to restore venues and the warehouse.
- Communicate effectively with managers, supervisors, and setup crew to ensure smooth operations.
