Overview
We are hiring an experienced Auto Body Technician who takes pride in restoring vehicles to factory condition. Steady year-round workflow, modern OEM certified equipment, and the option to earn more on flat rate.
Responsibilities
- Repair damaged body panels, frames, and structural components
- Perform frame straightening and unibody repair to OEM specs
- Operate MIG welders, frame machines, and standard body shop tools
- Follow manufacturer repair procedures for each make and model
- Prep vehicles for paint (sanding, filling, masking)
- Coordinate with estimators and painters on job timelines
- Maintain a clean, safe, organized bay
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of auto body repair experience
- Strong welding and frame work skills
- Knowledge of OEM repair procedures
- Detail-oriented and reliable
- 310B license or Red Seal is an asset
Benefits
- $25 to $30 per hour flat rate (Hourly options available)
