MRH Properties is seeking a cleaner to join our growing team. As one of MRH Properties cleaners, you will be responsible for the cleanliness of apartment common areas, ensuring the grounds are clean, and upkeep of residential properties. This role is essential in supporting the day-to-day operations and overall condition of our buildings.
This position works both independently and as part of a team, collaborating with other trades and staff. Strong customer service, proactive communication, initiative, and teamwork are essential, in addition to solid technical skills.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Perform suite and building cleaning tasks, including vacuuming, sweeping, mopping (including stairwells), cleaning windows, dusting surfaces, cleaning light fixtures, wiping mailboxes, and washing walls.
- Disinfect all high-touch surfaces.
- Spot-clean walls, ceilings, partitions, light switches, windowsills, and door glass
- Clean common areas such as hallways, lobbies, laundry rooms, bathrooms, and kitchenettes.
- Collect and dispose of garbage regularly.
What We’re Looking For:
- Previous cleaning experience (preferred).
- Strong time management skills to ensure all tasks are completed during your shift.
- Self-motivation and the ability to work with minimal supervision.
- A positive attitude and teamwork mindset.
- Organizational skills and attention to detail.
- The ability to use a mobile device for communication (texting, emailing).
- Physical stamina, including the ability to bend, stretch, and walk throughout the shift.
