About the Role
We’re looking for a dependable General Labourer to support our warehouse, delivery, and cleaning operations. This is a hands-on role for someone who prefers staying active and takes pride in getting the job done right.
You’ll be working across multiple areas including order picking, deliveries, inventory movement, and industrial sanitation.
This is not a desk job—this role is ideal for someone who enjoys staying active, takes pride in physical work, and can adapt to changing daily priorities.
You’ll play a key role supporting our warehouse operations, completing deliveries and pickups, and assisting with industrial cleaning and facility upkeep.
Experience in food manufacturing or industrial cleaning is an asset, but not required for the right candidate.
Key Responsibilities
- Pick, pack, and process orders (shipping & receiving)
- Complete deliveries and pickups accurately and on time
- Drive company vehicles (cube vans, utility vehicles)
- Load and unload materials using pump carts and manual handling
- Perform industrial cleaning, sanitation, and general facility maintenance
- Handle deliveries to challenging locations (including stairs)
- Support inventory movement across warehouse and retail locations
- Maintain clean, organized, and safe work areas
- Track inventory and orders using manual systems
- Communicate with management to meet daily targets
Must-Haves (Do Not Apply If You Don’t Meet These)
- Valid G Class Licence with clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to meet vehicle insurance and CVOR requirements
- Able to lift 50 lbs consistently
- Willing to work long shifts (up to 12 hours)
- Flexible availability (schedule may change on short notice)
- Comfortable working in hot, cold, and refrigerated environments
- Basic math, counting, and English communication skills
Assets (Nice to Have)
- Experience in warehouse, construction, delivery, or similar roles
- Industrial cleaning or food manufacturing experience
- Mechanical aptitude (experience with ovens, kettles, grinders, etc.)

This is a physically demanding, fast-moving role where no two days are the same. Schedules may vary, and shift times can occasionally be confirmed the day before—or even same day.

Pay: From $18.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30.0 – 44.0 per week
