Vegreville Ford is growing, and we’re looking for a motivated, reliable, and hardworking Lube & Tire Technician to join our service team.
This is more than just an entry-level position — it’s an opportunity to build a long-term career in the automotive industry. We’re committed to helping the right person grow from a lube technician into a registered apprentice and eventually a Journeyman Technician.

What You’ll Be Doing
Responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
- Oil and filter changes
- Tire mounting, balancing, rotations, and repairs
- Basic vehicle inspections
- Assisting journeyman technicians
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Following shop safety procedures and dealership standards
What We’re Looking For
- Strong work ethic and positive attitude
- Willingness to learn and grow
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Valid driver’s license
- Clean driver’s abstract
- Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work on your feet throughout the day
- Basic computer skills
Previous shop experience, mechanical knowledge, or high school automotive experience is considered an asset — but we’re willing to train the right person.
WHMIS and CPR certifications are also considered assets, but are not required.
