Overview
We are seeking a organized and proactive Property Co-ordinator to join our team. Under the direction of the Housing Manager, the Property Coordinator coordinates the day-to-day operations of the CVTS rental properties. The role includes maintaining positive relationships with tenants and ensuring safe and well-maintained building.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Education, Training and Experience:
- Diploma related to property management.
- A minimum of two years’ experience working in the field of multi-family rental property
management.
- A minimum of one years’ experience in a supervisory capacity.
- Sound knowledge of residential tenancy laws and regulations in British Columbia.
- Experience with the TRB arbitration process.
- Coordination and supervisory experience in a unionized environment.
Other Requirements:
- Full and valid BC driver's license and a clean Driver’s Abstract
- A clear Vulnerable Sector Criminal Record Check
Pay: From $33.77 per hour
