Warehouse Order Picker
Can-Pet Inc. is currently seeking a qualified individual to fill the role of Warehouse Order Picker.

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES
· Accurately pick customer orders using pick list
· Verify product codes, quantity and expiry date before picking
· Rotate inventory using FIFO procedures
· Follow all instructions related to pallet type, special labels, and build pallets safely and efficiently according to shipping requirements
· Report inventory discrepancies and shortages to warehouse supervisor
· Meet order picker established productivity and accuracy requirements
· Assist with inventory cycle counts
· Complete daily machine inspections prior to starting shift
· Ability to lift up to 50lbs regularly
· Ability to stand, walk and reach throughout shift
· Perform other duties assigned
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE
· Forklift License (Required)
· Walkie License (Required)
· 1-2 Years’ Experience in a similar role (Required)
· Strong counting/mathematical skills
· Good communication and teamwork skills
· Experience working in pet food or grocery distribution is considered an asset
· High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)
**Successful candidate must pass a criminal background check
