Job Summary
We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Laborer to join our team. The ideal candidate will assist with various manual tasks across our project sites, ensuring efficient operations and maintaining safety standards. This role offers an opportunity to develop practical skills and contribute to the successful completion of projects in a dynamic work environment.
Responsibilities
- Assist with loading, unloading, and moving materials and equipment on-site
- Prepare work areas by clearing debris and setting up necessary tools and supplies
- Support skilled tradespeople with basic tasks as directed
- Operate hand tools and machinery safely and correctly
- Follow safety protocols to maintain a secure work environment
- Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the shift
- Perform general labor duties as assigned by supervisors
Requirements
- Ability to perform physically demanding tasks, including lifting heavy objects and standing for extended periods
- Strong work ethic with reliability and punctuality
- Good communication skills and ability to follow instructions accurately
- Prior experience in construction, or general labor is a plus but not required
- Out of town work
- Willingness to learn new skills and adapt to different tasks
- Must be at least 18 years old or older
- Ability to work effectively in a team setting while maintaining safety standards
Pay: $15.95-$27.78 per hour
