About the Role
The Project Manager is responsible for managing electrical construction projects from pre-construction through completion. You will work closely with Site Leads, General Contractors, suppliers, and company leadership to ensure projects are completed safely, efficiently, on schedule, and within budget.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage electrical construction projects from start to finish
- Coordinate schedules, manpower, materials, and site activities
- Lead and support Site Leads and field crews
- Attend site meetings and coordinate with General Contractors and other trades
- Track project budgets, labour hours, and job costing
- Manage change orders and project documentation
- Review drawings, layouts, and project schedules
- Maintain strong communication with clients, field teams, and leadership
What We're Looking For
- Red Seal Electrician
- FSR designation is an asset (or willingness to obtain)
- 5+ years of electrical construction experience
- Previous Project Management or leadership experience is an asset
- Strong understanding of electrical drawings, construction methods, and jobsite coordination
- Organized, proactive, and solution-oriented
- Strong communication and leadership skills
- Valid driver's licence

Compensation & Benefits
- $90,000 - $120,000 per year based on experience
