Job Type: Full-Time (30–40 hours/week)
Compensation: $60+/hour
We are seeking an experienced Nurse Practitioner to join our busy Primary Care Clinic in Brampton.

Current registration with the College of Nurses of Ontario (CNO)

Fully certified Nurse Practitioner

Independent licence to practice in Ontario

Previous primary care experience preferred

Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills

Assess, diagnose, and manage acute and chronic conditions

Order and interpret diagnostic tests

Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans

Provide preventive care and patient education

Complete approximately 10–20 phone appointments and 10–20 in-person appointments per clinic day

Maintain accurate EMR documentation

Collaborate with physicians and the healthcare team to provide high-quality patient care
