Job Summary
We are seeking a knowledgeable and customer-focused Parts and Service Advisor to join our Parts and Service team. In this role, you will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking parts and service, ensuring a seamless experience from consultation to sale. The ideal candidate will possess strong mechanical knowledge, excellent customer service skills, and experience in dealership or Agricultural and Construction and Auto repair environments. Your expertise will help drive sales, upselling opportunities, and foster customer loyalty.
Responsibilities
- Greet customers professionally and ascertain their vehicle needs for parts or service.
- Provide detailed product and service information, recommending appropriate solutions based on customer requirements.
- Assist customers with selecting the right parts, accessories, or repair services, ensuring accurate and timely order processing.
- Upsell additional services or products to maximize customer satisfaction and dealership revenue.
- Handle cash transactions accurately and maintain proper records of sales.
- Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs and parts availability.
- Maintain organized records of customer interactions, sales, and service history.
- Stay informed about the latest automotive parts, repair techniques, and dealership promotions.
Qualifications
- Previous dealership experience is highly preferred.
- Mechanical knowledge or hands-on mechanic experience is a strong asset.
- Familiarity with Farm Tractor and Construction equipment repair processes and parts inventory management.
- Exceptional customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse clients.
- Sales experience, including upselling techniques, is desirable.
- Ability to handle cash transactions accurately and responsibly.
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Professional attitude with a focus on building lasting customer relationships.

Pay: $55,000.00-$67,000.00 per year
