Dispatcher & Alarm Monitoring Support Staff

Salary Range: $23.50 - $29.45/hour
Job Description:
We are currently seeking professional, reliable, and detail-oriented individuals to join our Operations & Communications Team as Dispatcher & Alarm Monitoring Support Staff.
The successful candidate will assist with daily operations, dispatch coordination, alarm monitoring support, incident tracking, and communication between field staff, clients, and management.
Responsibilities:
- Monitor alarm systems, CCTV systems, and operational activity
- Dispatch mobile personnel and field staff
- Answer incoming emergency and non-emergency calls
- Maintain detailed incident and dispatch logs
- Coordinate with emergency services, management, and clients
- Monitor GPS activity and officer check-ins
- Provide after-hours operational support
- Assist with scheduling and communications
Qualifications:
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
- Professional phone etiquette and customer service skills
- Basic to intermediate computer skills
- Strong attention to detail
- Ability to remain calm under pressure
- Experience in dispatch, alarm monitoring, customer service, or security is considered an asset
- Flexible availability including nights and weekends preferred
