About the Role
We're looking for a motivated and curious Junior Dental Technician to join our team. This isn't just an entry-level position, it's a launchpad. You'll be learning hands-on from experienced technicians across multiple departments, building skills that can take your career in several directions. What You'll Be Doing
- Assisting senior technicians in the fabrication of dental restorations (crowns, bridges, veneers, implant components, and more)
- Learning department workflows across different specializations within the lab
- Handling and organizing materials, models, and cases with care and attention to detail
- Following lab protocols for quality, safety, and turnaround timelines
- Contributing to a collaborative team environment
What We're Looking For
- A genuine eagerness to learn and develop professionally
- Strong attention to detail and a steady hand
- Positive attitude and willingness to take direction
- Ability to work in a focused, production-oriented environment
- Previous dental lab experience or relevant schooling is a plus, but not required if you're the right fit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: $40,000.00-$60,000.00 per year
