We are seeking an energetic and proactive Business Development Manager to drive growth and expand specific market segments for both our established brands . In this hybrid role, you will identify new business opportunities, develop strategic partnerships, and foster strong relationships with distributors, dealers, resellers, buying groups, ECOM sellers and OEM's . Your enthusiasm and strategic mindset will be essential in creating innovative solutions that align with our company goals. The ideal candidate will possess related industrial sales experience with Greasing Tools, General Lubrication Equipment, Lubrication Fluid Sales ( Grease & Oil ), Tool & Equipment Sales, Industrial MRO Sales or other related experience.
You will be selling two related but separate brands, a highly unique opportunity!
The position is home based and the ideal candidate will be located in the GTA.

Responsibilities
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through market research, networking, and outreach efforts utilizing available digital web resources and provided company Business Development Digital Tools.
- Grow existing segment customers by adding additional product solutions.
- Attend Trade Shows and other related industry events to nurture and grow supply relationships.
- Maintain various Business Development Funnels and Update on a regular basis.
- Collaborate closely with our marketing teams to develop targeted campaigns that support business growth initiatives including item market pricing and ongoing competitive pricing positions.
Qualifications
- Proven experience in business development, sales, or related roles with a track record of achieving targets. 5 years experience is preferred.
- Experience within the Automotive Aftermarket, National Hardware Chains, Heavy Equipment, Fleet Maintenance, Industrial Buying Group Development, Industrial Distribution ( National, Regional ), Web Commerce Sellers, MRO Channels, and Contractor Supply segments will get a priority response.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Office software. Business Central ERP experience is a big plus. Advanced Computer skills are a must.
- A hands on mechanically inclined person will do well in this position.
- Familiarity with marketing strategies and project management principles.
- Knowledge of customer relationship management practices to foster long-term partnerships.
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory.
Compensation & Benefits
· Initial Year 1 Salary of $ 80,000 to $ 100,000 CAD
· Up to 20% Bonus Year 1 based on KPI attainment
