Soultuary Wellness Center is a brand-new, integrative float and wellness space in Edmonton dedicated to nervous system reset, deep healing, and whole-body wellbeing. We offer a unique environment built on integrity, personal growth, and exceptional client care — and we are looking for motivated, entrepreneurial-minded Registered Massage Therapists to join our expanding team.
About the Role
This is a contract position designed for RMTs who value autonomy, professional growth, and a collaborative wellness community. You will provide high-quality therapeutic treatments while benefiting from our strong marketing presence, advanced booking software, and a community of clients.

Required Training – Provided by Us
All staff and contractors at Soultuary participate in Integrity Seminars Level One, a transformational personal development program that ensures our team shares a consistent communication framework and high-integrity standard of care.
- Soultuary covers the full program cost ($600).
- Contractor is responsible only for the seat deposit.
What We’re Looking For
- Registered Massage Therapist in good standing with 2,200 hours (or equivalent) training
- Entrepreneurial mindset and a desire to build a strong client base
- Commitment to exceptional client experience
- Interest in holistic wellness and integrative health
- Professionalism, reliability, and strong communication skills
- Willingness to be part of a collaborative, growth-focused community
Responsibilities
- Provide therapeutic, relaxation, and specialized massage treatments based on client needs
- Maintain accurate treatment notes and records
- Uphold high hygiene and professional standards
- Participate in wellness-center culture, including communication practices learned through Integrity Seminars
- Collaborate with the team to enhance client outcomes
- Educate clients on complementary modalities within Soultuary
- Marketing yourself and the business (Training provided)

Pay: $40.00-$55.00 per hour
