Pacific Coast Distribution, located in Langley, is seeking to add a warehouse/forklift operator to our team. This position focuses on loading and unloading trailers and containers, shipping, receiving, sorting, stocking and de-stuffing containers. Experience with pick and pack is also considered a strong asset! Within the warehouse we utilize heavy machinery to complete tasks so a forklift certification and a minimum 1 year of experience is key to being a successful candidate.
Training period for this position will be during the day however once training is completed, the shift will transition to afternoons.
Responsibilities:
· Receive, inspect, and stock inbound products
· Load and unload freight as directed by Warehouse Manager
· Receive daily work assignments from Warehouse Manager
· Handle bags and boxes weighing up to 50 pounds
· Verify accuracy of orders picked
· Stage and securely pack products
· Palletize cases, wrap and load skids onto trailers
· Label and count the pallets
· Scan the labels at receiving, moving and picking
· Safely operate various power equipment including counterbalance forklift, narrow aisle reach & electric pallet jacks

Qualifications:
· High school diploma,
· Warehouse experience - 1 year preferred
· Forklift & Reach Truck experience – 1 year preferred
- WHMIS & TDG certifications considered an asset
