Overview
We are seeking a passionate and dedicated Early Childhood Teacher to join our educational team. The ideal candidate will create a nurturing, engaging, and safe learning environment for young children, supporting their developmental and educational needs. Duties
- Develop and implement age-appropriate lesson plans aligned with early childhood education standards
- Foster a positive and inclusive classroom environment that encourages curiosity and exploration
- Support children's social-emotional development through guidance and positive reinforcement
- Observe, assess, and document children's progress to tailor instructional strategies effectively
- Collaborate with colleagues and parents to support each child's individual needs and development goals
- Maintain a clean, safe, and organized classroom environment at all times
- Assist with daily routines such as meal times, nap times, and transitions between activities
- Ensure compliance with all licensing regulations and safety protocols
Experience
- Prior experience working with children in an educational or caregiving setting is preferred
- Classroom experience in early childhood education is highly desirable
- Experience working with individuals with disabilities is a plus
- Demonstrated ability to teach, nurture, and engage young children effectively
- Knowledge of early childhood development principles and best practices in teaching young learners
- Level 2 or 3 preferred, but will accept level 1, 2, or 3
