Responsibilities:
- Proactively engage potential customers in residential or commercial areas.
- Meet and exceed ambitious sales targets through persistence and effective customer engagement.
- Perform product demos, hand out samples, and convert interest into immediate sales.
- Utilize persuasive communication to clearly explain the benefits of our beauty products.
- Support store operations with cash handling, merchandising, and maintaining a clean and organized space.
Requirements:
- Must have a successful track record in direct sales roles.
- A self-motivated hunter mentality—competitive, driven, and eager to achieve results.
- Strong interpersonal and persuasive communication skills.
- Fluency in spoken English, with the ability to engage confidently with customers.
- Ability to manage cash, inventory, and store merchandising.
